Three horizontal planes suspended among the palms. The villa reads as an inhabitable sculpture that switches on at nightfall.
Living under shade
In the tropics, architecture is first and foremost a well-placed shadow. We stacked three concrete planes with cantilevers of up to twenty feet so the house works without air conditioning most of the year.
The program is arranged by ascending privacy: service and social spaces below, family above, and a lookout terrace on the roof.

Integrated interiors
We designed 34 bespoke furniture pieces, from the headboard in the primary suite to the dining room fixtures. All of it was made in a local workshop using regional timber.
The interior palette is deliberately short: pale stone, walnut, raw linen, and aged brass.
