Verona Tower

The client wanted a building that would sell. We proposed one that would be remembered. Each slab shifts two feet from the one below, producing terraces of varying depth and a silhouette that changes hour by hour with the shadow.

That formal decision also solved solar exposure: the overhangs shade the glass during peak hours and cut the project's thermal load by 22%.

We designed seven unit types, from a 620 sq ft studio to a 4,400 sq ft penthouse. The core sits on the north side so the entire frontage opens to the sea.

We worked with the developer from the feasibility study through the commercial identity: the architecture became the primary sales argument.
